The staff is very friendly and professional and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms are of a regular size and have a modern style, with views overlooking the lagoon. There are plenty of breakfast options available at the bar. The hotel's location by the lake is absolutely perfect and excellent. It's not far from various restaurants, entertainment, and Laguna.

I was amazed by the great value for money and the exceptional professionalism of the staff who went out of their way to assist me with any issues. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a great shower and AC. the breakfast provided was standard, but offered a variety and the wifi worked great throughout my stay. One highlight was the fantastic infinity swimming pool.
The bar service could have been a little faster.
